Put The Ball Down (“PTBD”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an online football analytics and statistics platform operated by Ballero Sports Ltd.

The Platform provides football-related statistics, historical data, rankings, ratings, forecasts, trend analysis, AI-assisted insights, and analytical tools covering domestic and international football competitions.

The Platform is intended for informational, educational, research, professional analysis, and entertainment purposes only.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Sports Analytics Disclaimer

PTBD is a football statistics, analytics, research, and information platform.

PTBD does not provide betting services, gambling services, wagering facilities, bookmaker services, betting exchanges, investment services, or financial advisory services.

The Platform does not accept bets, facilitate betting transactions, hold user funds, process wagers, or manage gambling accounts.

Any statistics, ratings, rankings, forecasts, probabilities, trend indicators, momentum signals, AI-generated insights, analytical reports, or other information available on the Platform are provided solely for informational, educational, research, and entertainment purposes.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes betting advice, gambling advice, financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to place a wager, participate in gambling activities, or enter into any transaction.

Users remain solely responsible for any decisions made based on information obtained from the Platform.

PTBD makes no guarantee regarding the occurrence of future sporting events, match outcomes, player performances, statistical events, or any forecast generated by the Platform.

3. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for users aged 18 years or older.

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for:

Refunds

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

All content available on the Platform, including but not limited to:

Branding;
Logos;
Reports;
Analytics;
Ratings;
Rankings;
Forecast models;
Databases;
Visual designs;
Software;
Text;
Graphics;
Proprietary methodologies;

is owned by PTBD or licensed to PTBD and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission.

11. Availability of Service

PTBD may modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue any feature, service, report, or functionality at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform.

Service interruptions may occur due to:

Maintenance activities;
Technical failures;
Third-party provider outages;
Cybersecurity incidents;
Force majeure events;
Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or rely upon third-party providers including:

PTBD is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, or actions of third-party services.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PTBD shall not be liable for:

Loss of business opportunities;
Loss of data;
Reliance on statistics, forecasts, ratings, probabilities, or analytical outputs;
Service interruptions;
Technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, PTBD’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to PTBD during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PTBD, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform;
Your breach of these Terms;
Your violation of applicable laws;
Your infringement of third-party rights.

15. Privacy

Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any related notices published on the Platform.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on the Platform and the “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.

Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
