Last Updated: June 1, 2026
1. General Policy
Put The Ball Down (“PTBD”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates as a subscription-based digital service.
By purchasing a subscription, you gain immediate access to digital content, statistics, analytics, reports, forecasts, and other Platform features.
As access to digital services is provided immediately upon subscription activation, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again for future billing periods.
- No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current subscription period.
3. Exceptional Refunds
Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:
- Duplicate payments caused by a technical error;
- Unauthorised or fraudulent transactions, subject to verification;
- Billing errors caused by PTBD.
PTBD reserves the right to review each request individually and determine whether a refund is appropriate.
Consumers residing in the EU/EEA and UK may have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of completing a transaction, in accordance with applicable law. However, PTBD is a digital subscription service that provides immediate access to premium content, analytics, reports, data insights, and platform functionality. Where a customer agrees to immediate access and starts downloading, streaming, using, accessing, or otherwise benefiting from the product during the 14-day period, the right to a full refund may be limited or lost, as permitted under the applicable law.
4. Subscription Renewals
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date.
It is the user’s responsibility to manage and cancel subscriptions before renewal if they do not wish to continue using the Platform.
